EVALUATION OF SCHOOL NURSES

All full-time and part-time nurses employed by the Board of Education shall be evaluated annually as to their overall performance. The evaluation shall be made by the school building administrator or his/her designee with assistance from the School Health Nurse Supervisor.

The evaluation shall be in writing and pertain to relationships with students, parents, staff members, teachers, and administration as well as to knowledge,
competency, overall performance, and fulfillment of required State Department of Health and State Department of Education mandates.
