Loitering
An individual who does not have a bonafide reason for entering a school facility or walking on the school grounds will be subject to the Connecticut Statutes on loitering. Failure to request permission from, or denial of permission by, a designated school employee will be a basis to implement the provisions of this policy and relevant parts of the General Statutes of Connecticut.
